1.0 INTRODUCTIONCoronavirus disease (COVID-19) is a contagious infection caused by a recently identifiedcoronavirus. Coronaviruses, according to International Medical Aid, are a form of virus thataffects the respiratory tract and guts of humans and other mammals. Infections such aspneumonia and the common cold, as well as illnesses such as severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS) and Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS), are all linked to viruses. According tothe South China Morning Post, a resident of Hubei, aged 55, may have been the first persondiagnosed with the new disease on November 17th, 2019. The viruses then begin to spread acrossthe world. According to CNN Health, authorities in 213 countries and territories, includingMalaysia, have registered more than 3,366,00 novel coronavirus cases worldwide since Chinareported its first cases to the World Health Organization (WHO) on May 2, 2020.On January 23, 2020, Malaysia started the first COVID-19 event involving three Chinesenationals entering Johor from Singapore. According to Astro Awani, first case in Malaysia thatwere positively tested through the test conducted by MKAK were the wife and twograndchildren of the first case in Singapore. According to Ministry of Health (MOH), totalconfirmed positive COVID-19 cases are 395,718 and 1,449 deaths registered and estimated fromthe first case until April 27th, 2021.Many people are curious what signs people would have if they were infected with coronavirus(COVID-19). Two to fourteen days after infection, signs and symptoms of 2019 coronavirusdisease (COVID-19) will appear. This period is referred to as the length of incubation followingexposure and prior to onset of symptoms. Fever, cough, and shortness of breath or troublebreathing are normal signs and symptoms. Tiredness, aches, chills, sore throat, lack of smell, lossof taste, fever, diarrhea, and heavy vomiting are also symptoms. According to Berita HarianMinistry of Health (MOH) figures indicate that two age ranges that are quickly infected are thoseaged 26 to 30 and those aged 56 to 60. The young people who were infected with the epidemicoften returned from overseas, while the second party, which is 56 to 60 years old because theyare the head of the household, could become infected as they leave the house to buy necessities.1
