Bobby Moran Final Reflection When I was sitting in the cramped undergraduate advising room picking classes my mind was completely focused on getting out of that sweaty room. When my advisor told me I had to take a college writing class, I was not overly excited. College Writing meant I would be doing a lot of papers and writing, which weren’t necessarily my favorite things to do in high school. I figured nothing would change in college. For me writing papers were put off until last minute and then hastily done and never edited. All I could think about was now I have a class strictly dedicated to writing papers. For this course I would rate myself fairly high around a B+, maybe an A- if you focus on my two best papers which, to me anyway, were very well done. I think my writing ability has come a long way since the beginning of the year. For me writing is now a long process, not just a hastily done jumble of words. My essays have flow and structure to them now. Nick Moutafis reviewed my paper and he had much acclaim for my ability to make the paper flow. Moutafis said my paper “not only flowed but it followed an organized timeline” (Moutafis). My strengths
