Field Experience D: Identifying Safety-Related Issues2With observing and filling out the Safety Audit Checklist it opened my eyes to so manysafety concerns that I have at the school that I work for. There is a lot that is not addressed thatI feel that should be based off of the Checklist. With areas of concern I wonder why we are notrequired to wear photo ID badges. I would feel a little safer with knowing who is in thebuilding by recognizing them by their badge and photo ID. We have people in our buildingevery day and I do not know if they work for the district or not. I questioned one lady whocame to my door with a teacher’s narrative to fill out on a student of mine and my firstquestion to her was I do not mean any harm but who are you before I talk to you? I hope I did
