Ben Fogelhut 7/16/15 Ch. 12 Critical Thinking Exercises 1. A plan for how you are going to market your product or service is a tool that will help get your business started in the right direction. Making the plan requires you to think about what obstacles and advantages you will face or have. There are always competitors, and if there are not any yet, there soon will be if you are successful. Thinking from your clients perspective and what they want, or need to be convinced to purchase your product, will help you with your pitch and what kind of approach to use. Getting them to buy what you are selling takes work, and with the plan, you can refer back to it to check and see if you are following what you originally had planned. 2.
