Main Objective of the assessment
The main objective of the assessment is for students to demonstrate knowledge and understanding, critical thinking and analytical skills in the context of
international and comparative human resource management in contemporary organizations. This assessment has been set up for students to demonstrate
their understanding and critical analysis of the main issues involved in the management of human resources in the international context; to evaluate strategy
and issues arising from attempts to implement an international strategy and contribute to the development, to review of management policy, practices and
systems in the field of international and comparative human resource management and to constructively engage with arguments concerning globalisation
and the impacts of MNCs/organisational HR strategies and HR practices.

You work for a IHRM consultancy firm and have been contracted by a client FTSE 100 company to review the organization’s globa l IHRM practices,
