Com 200 Communication Theory Weekly Analysis There is a presumption with communication theory that the studies made relate to real people in real settings having real communications. The approach of this course to the study of human communication is pragmatic, taking the theories and applying them to real-life situations. There is a need to know whether the material presented is valid in your life or not. The purpose of the weekly analysis is to create an environment in which you can visualize the applicability of the various theories presented in the course --through self-reflection of your life experience. Does a given theory relate to your experiences? Have you found the beliefs/findings of a given theorist applied in your life -- by you and/or others? Does a given theory have a pragmatic application? Did you find the same results as the author of a given theory found? These questions are not exhaustive, but should be used to get you started. Procedure:
