Unformatted text preview: Part I PSP is a process that is very focused on documentation. When using PSP you are to document things such as time spent programming as well as time spent handling distractions, your progress throughout the day, any problems or defects with the programming, and other such tasks. This is important because it helps keep track of the current project as well as helps create a realistic plan for future projects. The part of PSP that seems most helpful to my personal software process would be time management. This is a big factor in PSP in that tracking your time spent on different tasks throughout the day helps you see what you spent the most time doing and what you need to change to become more productive for the current project as well as future projects....
