Confluence Outdoor Change Management Plan 2 Identification of the Concern The first task in the Need Analysis process is the identification of care. In past decade, Confluence Outdoor has apparently lost its market capitalization. This has been a cause of major concern for the company. It is also an important resource issue as it is a primary operational concern for the enterprise. 1. Another concern for the company is its high gradual loss rate . Confluence Outdoor was once known as one of the best companies to be an employee according to surveys; but the company lost its competitive advantage by losing many of its essential resources to its major competitors like Watersport Kayaker, Dagger Kayaks, Jackson Kayaks, and Liquid Outdoor currently uses benchmarking and balanced scorecard for measuring the effectiveness of its employees. Confluence Outdoors will follow a three process strategy for implementing the balanced scorecard in its organization. 2. Establishing key linkages-get connected: The step in the scorecard implementation process provided linkage to mission, vision, strategy, goals, KPIs, and initiatives within Confluence Outdoor. More importantly through this step, the scorecard was aligned to the budget and the information sharing regarding processes was made possible. The scorecards were created to address three vital areas - key performance indicators, staff satisfaction, and regulatory arena. 3. Analysis of performance to get results: In this step, the performance data of Confluence Outdoor was organized to form an operational view, and customer’s perspective was also involved in it. The scorecard was also ‘super-charged’ with the help of leveraging technology.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
