Short run fluctuations and stabilization policies implemented by governments. What factors determine the price of the nation's output? The debate on free trade and the impact of international factors on the economy. Required Text: Robert. H. Frank and Ben S. Bernanke, Principles of Macroeconomics, 3 rd Edition, McGraw-Hill. Optional Materials: You are expected to keep your self well informed of current events. In this context I would strongly encourage you to read the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, and the Economist. Grade Evaluation
