The Influence of E-Commerce on Consumer Buying BehaviorPurpose: The aim of this study is to identify the factors that influence the online buyingbehavior of consumers on online Web portal.Problem:The internet serves as an innovative consumer medium. Thus, customersalways set new demands. The behavior of the online customers is assorted by regularconsumers. It is important to identify the needs of the consumers and the aspects thatinfluence the online customer.Design/methodology/approach:A phenomenological approach was used to gather thedata from the Daraz that applied judgmental sampling. Research information was gatheredby conducting selected participants' tape interview which was later transcribed andidentified as emerging theme. These transcripts and emerging topics were presented to theparticipants for review and to obtain their views.
