PROFESSIONAL CAREER ACTION PLANIn this paper I will address my professional goals and what job I plan to have in the future in the health care field. I will discuss the skills that I currently have and the skills that I need to alter. Also, I will show the steps that are needed in order to reach these goals. There are many avenues that professionals look at in order to achieve their goals. There are several organizations that are out there to help students achieve their goals by way of internships and volunteering. Professional GoalMy professional goals are as follows; to complete my bachelor’s degree in health administration. I would eventually like to further my education in accounting. Once I have completed my master’s in accounting I would like to become a Certified Public Accountant. My employment goal is to work for a community health center in my hometown. I would love to work as the chief financial officer for the community health center. Health administrators have varying roles, which is dependent on the size of the health organization. I choose to obtain my undergrad as a health administrator because I have great organization skills and leadership qualities. I have decided to specialize in health management so that I can present ideas and to help implement programs and grants for the community health center. In the past I had no idea what health administrators did on adaily basis. Upon learning their job description I was very impressed and knew that I wanted a career in health care administration field of the health care industry. I have beentold in the past that I pay attention to detail and have great managerial skills.Job in Health Care Sector2
PROFESSIONAL CAREER ACTION PLANThe job that I plan on having in the career sector is working for the community health center in my hometown that currently services 60% of the islands population. I
