In this survey that BIMS created, the intention of the survey when it comes to the
descriptive analysis was to provide a clear understanding through the use of graphical and
numerical visual of the patterns and unique trends in the data set of interest. The information that
was established based on the data that was given it made the information valuable for the
decision-makers of BIMS. After the clarity was gained, then BIMS could move forward with
forecasting and applying problem resolutions for the future of the company. The analysis
captured was targeted to the workers in regards to their working condition and internal
