RecommendationsAfter reviewing the data it is clear that there is room for improvement on many levels.Based onthe survey questions asked, the majority of the responses were very negative or negative. Thismeans BIMS employees are not happy with the work condition they are experiencing. Inresponse to the feedback that was given, management need to get a larger survey pool to try toget an accurate assessment of the way employees are feeling. This can be accomplished bymaking the survey a requirement to all employees and having members of management in chargeof accumulating the surveys from the employees that they directly supervise in order to getaccurate information.As the surveys are gathered and the data was analyzed, then the necessaryadjustments can be made in the organization. BIMS was already experiencing high turnover ratesand this pattern will continue if no changes are made. The highest areas of negativity were in
