IntroductionBallard Integrated Management Services Inc. (BIMS) is headquartered in New York City and is a support service company that offers food and housekeeping services to businesses. The company is facing a high turnover rate and it has climbed significantly over the past four months to 64%. The company has decided to try to find the root cause of the problem by doing a survey of their current employees. The survey will ask questions such as: Do you like working for BIMS? Do you like working for your supervisor? The Supervisor leads think the hypothesis is employees do not like the low wages and are very unhappy with the shifts they currently have to work.Data Collection InstrumentsA survey will be the data collection instrument used. The survey will be given to all the BIMS employees. The survey will ask question that pertain to the employee’s length of service, their gender and what position they hold in the company. Along with those questions will also be another set of
