Language really isn’t ironic anymore because irony is so apparent in culture that it really isn’t ironic anymore. Necessity is now produced, and you make it what you really want it to be. “buying the products even though we see through them”- we have to participate in this field of buying stuff because since we know what were doing, there is only a limited number of choices so were stuck in this field of buying
