Abstract: The abstract provides a summary of the purpose of the study. The authors have
indicated that the study recognized several seven conversational categories, which are
problematic, by very crucial for healthcare providers need to master, and appropriate
recommendations ( Maxfield et al, 2005) .
Introduction: Maxfield et al (2005) have provided a clear and concise introduction of the
topic. This sections introduces the main points discussed, which are the fundamental

result in medication errors in hospital settings.
