As a leader, itmight be difficult to set your own interests aside because you don't want to disappoint those whohave placed their faith in you, your beliefs, and your judgment. However, what you think is finemay not necessarily be so. And sometimes, as a leader, you know something is unethical, but youchoose to do it anyway, despite the consequences, as one person could currently be dealing with.As a leader, you are held to a higher standard than the employees under you; you are the head ofa company or department, and any ethical or unethical decision you make has an impact not onlyon you but also on those you lead.
