Waysto conduct a pre-assessment (or a student self-assessment) of new content:1.Create a few key questions about the content/topic a week prior to the classQuestions should ask to students:What they know already about the topic?Possible identification of any misconceptions they hold on the topic?Challenges or successesthey’vehad with the topic ?Exploration into the past experiences, or applications of the content/topic?2.
