Velasquez is a writer that focuses in business ethics. He is a professor at Santa Clara University and has been a part of that staff since 1977. He teaches the area of business ethics and the environments of business. 4 Key Principles One of Manuel’s principles state that corporations are not entities that can be held for its own actions, the members are morally responsible than the corporation. Another principle states that moral responsibility is specially defined so that a person is responsible for the illegal action and did so intentionally.
