Serv-Qual Project Case Summaries Name Deena Malkis Date 4/15/08 Service Encounters that Did Meet or Exceed Expectations. Briefly State Where and Why. Niskayuna Golds Gym- The customer service representative was kind, and solved my problem the best, and fastest way possible Hadley Dunkin Donuts- My coffee was prepared exactly as ordered and served fast. The employee serving me had a smile, and was extremely pleasant. Amherst Bank of America- all the tellers had smiles, and were able to help me fast and efficiently Hadley Stop and Shop- The store was laid out in an organized manner, and clean, and the employees were friendly West Springfield Balise Toyota- The representative approached me, and helped me get the best price possible for my issue. Amherst Antonios Pizzeria- The service was exceptional even though it was crowded, and the employees still had smiles on their faces. The food was delicious Hadley Target- The store was clean and organized, the cashier was extremely friendly, and, found me a coupon to use on my purchase. Verizon wireless online- the website was easy to navigate, and I got my order the next day. Vending machine, UMass campus- I got my food fast, at a reasonable price, and received the correct change. Hadley Barnes and Noble- They had a wide variety of books, and the customer service representative helped me find the book I was looking for, extremely fast, and with a smile the whole time. Marriott of Delray Beach, FL- The hotel was beautiful, provided nice amenities, good receptionists, nice greetings by all employees every time they were passed.
