Stress management also gives you a varietyof implements to reset your alarm system and it can help out your mind and body adaptresilience.Stress can affect your body, your feelings, your thoughts and behavior. Stress hascontributed to many health problems such as diabetes, obesity and headaches. Stress restricts myability to think in an intelligent way, operate normally and enjoy life.These are some techniques I will use to decrease the level of my stress:
