Span 1152 Study Guide for Test 3 (Chapters 8, 9 and 10) Fall, 2014 LISTENING A recording will be played two times only and you will answer the related exercise based on what you hear. This can be C/F, multiple-choice, or marking something as with the exercises in the text and lab manual. You should practice with the text listening activities and with the lab manual activities that have people talking about illnesses from Chapters 9. The more you listen the better your comprehension will improve so practice listening on a regular basis. Listening to ANY activities is better than none. VOCABULARY AND GRAMMAR It is important that you are familiar with basically everything that we have covered in this class up through Chapter 10 but the following are more specific guidelines which will be a focus on the test. VOCABULARY --- All vocabulary lists at end of each chapter (pp. 290, 326 and 364) and other highlighted vocabulary within the chapters should be reviewed with focus on the following: La ropa, pp. 258-259 ( You will need to produce clothing and accessories based on weather, places or activities.
