Mckayla Aldridge Nutrition 003 Over the semester I plan to change many different things in my diet. Making changes to my diet will help me live longer and a healthier life. Not only do I want to make eating changes I want to exercise more as well. Everyday I have a tendency to to eat lots of junk food over meats, fruits and vegetables. So I don’t get the amount of nutrients I need which means I’m not as healthy as I could be. I don’t have a set schedule. I’m bad about eating at any time of the day, and when I do majority of the food I eat is snacks so it doesn’t feel me up. Which means I’m just going to eat again later. I also have a bad habit of eating when I’m bored, when my friends usually eat, or when I have nothing else to do. Usually I tend to eat a lot of sweets. I will go for dessert over real food any day or any time. The changes in my diet will consist of cutting out sweets, carbs, and the junk that I eat that isn’t good for me. My diet will consist of eating for fruits, vegetables, whole grains (whole-wheat
