Josh Weaver Leadership Chapters 5, 6, 7 Reflection: #1 on Page 104 6.3 As my life has evolved, I have also have evolved core values and the mission in life. When I was 4 my core values were playing and my mission was to be a millionaire astronaut, but as I grew older I realized I was to short and “fluffy” to be an astronaut and said mission was abandoned. When I was in 6 th grade my values consisted of being popular and Pokémon while my mission was to date Sarah W the hottest girl in the school. As I have grown so have my ideals. Everyday I come in contact with new information that somehow influences how I think and act and this information is a cornerstone in the make up of my core values and purpose in life. As I entered into college last year, my values and mission took a trip that can only be comparable to ‘Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride’ and have just recently came to a stop. I was thrown for a loop when I was suddenly by myself and did not know at all how to behave; given the year I’ve had to grow much has changed. I would now call myself centered
