The most interesting thing from the first video was that not all psychologists try to go deeper
into the roots, such as a person's past. I didn't know that psychological therapy could be so different.
For example, I didn't know that behavioral and cognitive therapies are available. I didn't know there are
kinds of therapies that concentrate on the person's behavior or thoughts. I knew that the words and
thoughts are essential, but I didn't know that it's a whole different type of psychotherapy. It was very
interesting to understand and concentrate on different types of psychotherapies. Even though they have
the same aim, the ways they will achieve that are so different. These opened a new perspective for me,
that’s why those are very interesting.
The most interesting thing for me in the second video was that the disorders were discovered by
a woman who had a disorder such as she was suffering from it, and she tried and found ways for
healing. Another interesting thing was that serotonin levels could rise by many activities, and it will
help the person who has depression. That is why juggling or exercising, or dancing helps people calm
