Section is not a replacement for lecture and should not be treated as such. The discussions will focus on the weekly readings. We will discuss their relation to the lecture and current events. Students should have the week’s readings done before attending section. Your grade from section counts for 30% of the course grade and is broken into 3 sections: Participation (10%), Critical Essay (10%), Current Event Analysis Paper (10%). Section Grade:
