UNIT 7:2 In the Management by Walking around (MBWA) style to utilize this leadership style with tasks and doing team projects as the manager I first need to assess the weakness of each team member. This can only be determined through observation. To use this particular style a determination must be made based upon assessing team members on small projects then it is easier to see each person’s strengths and weaknesses, one must put together an assessment plan based on their findings of each individual so as to determine that weakness and how to utilize that into the task needed to be completed, sometimes that person may not be suitable in one task but will fit very well into particular tasks. In order to begin putting your role-players together one must first put together a group, which is when individuals are brought together to present ideas and share information.
