(a) Calculate x , the point estimate for X . (b) Construct a 95% confidence interval for X . (c) After you present your confidence interval from part (b) to the staff member, he inquires, “Does that mean there is a 95% probability that the true average is in your interval?” Answer yes or no, and provide a brief explanation.
