Principle of Newtonian Relativity Newton’s laws of motion are obeyed in all inertial (non-accelerating) frames of reference. No inertial frame is “special” or preferred. All are equivalent. There is no frame to refer absolute velocities to. No mechanical experiment can distinguish between inertial frames. Newton’s laws are invariant under Galilean Transform. ?
