In theprofessional knowledge is very essential part for enable the teacher to knowstudents and how they learn. The teacherto have well content and how to deliver iteffectivelyto the student. In the professional practicesthe teacher plansfor the implementationof theeffective teaching and learning .the creation of the supportive and also to keep the supportivesafe learning environments.In the professional engagement the teacher should well equipped to ensure that is able toengaged on the professional learning , engage on the professionally with colleagues’ parentscareer and also the community in the general. Also it prepares an individual with the skills for allareas of learningsuch that through the practitioner inquiry student is able to build theirunderstanding , critical thinking and better communication(Estai and Blunt 2016). Most of thestudents teaching highly improve their skills during practice.How proposal inquiry improves students learning and classroom practicesTheproposal Inquiry is very essentialitem in the teaching and learning processespecially to the early childhood learning. It prepares the brains for the learning in as such a waythat more information is absorbed in the classroom by starting a class with a short activity. Inadditionpeaking their investigation through an activity that makes them inquire something at thestart of the classroom prepares their brain for the learning through the intellectuallevel byincreasing the level of phycological activity in the body of the individual. Also it prepares an
individual with the skills for all areas of learningsuch that through the practitioner inquirystudent is able to build theirunderstanding , critical thinking and better communicationstrategies and the skills. Though the continuous use of the cognitive skills in the solving the classroom problems are also essential in the day-to-day life to the learners .In addition the proposal inquiry helps the learner in the deeper understanding . It isthrough the inquiry-based learning that helps learnersin making their own connection aboutwhat they learn.Alsotheir curiosity assists them infeeling to fully participate and engagedwhichincrease their deeper understanding of the topic and the content.
