Case of Sharna Part 1: 1.) We assessed Sharna using Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, and her strive for self actualization . We also considered Erickson's Identity and Role Confusion , which is during a persons adolescence, this states that there is confusion in identity and futures goals, which Sharna is experiencing. 2.) We considered an intervention due to Sharna's dropping grades in her honors classes. But we figured since many teachers could never tell what goes on at the home a child, this would be very hard to understand why Sharna maybe losing interest in school. 3.) As a teacher there are many issues that could be running through a13 year old girls head. This could create many problems for the teacher to figure out exactly what may be wrong. 4.) As her parents they should realize being teachers themselves, that pushing to hard will cause her to rebel against them. Not only will she not like going to school, she could also start to dislike her parents. They need to realize that she is only 13, and has personal needs also, school is not the only thing in
