hypothesis: It is expected that the 10 micromolar concentration of benzyladenine will result in the highest production of cleaved x-gluc, when exposed for 2.5 hours. Also it is expected that the 5 micro molar concentration of benzyladenine will produce the most blue pigment when exposed to xgluc for 3 hours.

Unformatted text preview: There correlation will be the higher the concentration, and longer exposure to xgluc will yield higher/deeper blue pigments. also, remember that we aren't using benzladenine anymore, so replace benzyladenine with the appropriate reagent. Also, replace water with DMSO....
