Week 6 ReflectionHist-2005-2, World History: 1900-1945Like most leaders through time you have the bad ones and you have the good ones.Sometimes you have good ones that end up bad and so on; it is the circle of life in thepolitical world. In the mean time it is the people of those countries that pay the biggestprice, most of the time with their lives at some point or another, whether by means ofwar or the impoverish aftermath of said war.In the United States today we have a president who started out as someone with afresh face to the political agenda, stepped over a huge obstacle by being the first blackpresident in a country that has been stained in racism throughout its early years, andpresented all the ideas during his campaign to get a country the owes much more thanit should out of her debt.Fast forward to the present day, now in his second term we are in more than twice thedebt that we were in the beginning, we have been through a recession that wreckedhavoc on a lot of people and businesses, prices of nearly everything he has touchedhas went through the roof, he attempted to disarm the American people, and he isforcing hard working American’s into his idea of healthcare which is going to cripple a lotof people because their rates and premiums are going to skyrocket.
