Very few businesses are of Cirque du Soleil high quality, and rareness. Because of Le Cirques uniqueness, and the strenuous demands that it puts on your employees, a strong culture is even more important to your compny when compared to most other companies. After careful study and review, I feel that I have found Le Cirques defining features: 1. Artifacts 2. Values 3. Assumptions Artifacts In terms of business, artifacts are the symbols of culture in the physical and social work environment. For Le Cirque, this is what inspires your employees.
