The ball I tossed while sitting in achair traveled the shortest route from my throw. The size of theball does not make any effect so it are all the sameIn this task you will determine the change in distance achieved whenperforming different types of free throws (use any type of ball youhave at home). If you do not know what a free throw is, look at somevideos on YouTube.Complete a free throw in the following ways:● while sitting● while standing with straight legs, no follow through● while using all joints (knees, shoulder, elbow, wrist) e.g. start withbent knees, finish with fully extended elbow and wrist
