other jobs that are released at later points in time.

 The concept of a scheduling policy is often used in
stochastic settings: a policy prescribes an
appropriate action for any one of the states the
system may be in.

Non-Delay Schedule
 A feasible schedule is called non-delay if no machine is
kept idle while a job or an operation is waiting for
processing (i.e., it prohibits unforced idleness).
 An optimal schedule need not be non-delay (For non-
preemptive and non-delay schedules)!!!
