Name: Mahanaim Peterson Subject: Week 2 Lab 2 Section: Math221 Date: May 13, 2007 Part 1 By using only the fiber variable data I made table to represent the data. I used the Count Function to count how many of each types of fiber there were. Which I put into 2 separate columns named Type & Count. The last column I calculated the percentage of each type. I was able to do this by taking the Count divided by the Total of Count. i.e. 22/84 = 26.19% Type Count % of Types High Fiber 22 26.19% Medium Fiber 29 34.52% Low Fiber 33 39.29% Total 84 100.00% By using this data table I was able to make 3 different chart types. My first chart was a Bar chart. I did not need the legend in this chart.

Bar Graph for Fiber Types 0 5 10 15 20 25 30 35 High Fiber Medium Fiber Low Fiber My second chart was a Pareto chart. I sorted the chart descending so the chart would go from highest to lowest. I did not need the legend in this chart.
