INTRODUCTION
THE PROBLEM AND ITS PREMISE
A. Background of the study
Hereadys “teenage pregnancy” was pervasively in the whole world .Teenage
pregnancy was caused in helterskelter decisions of those teenagers nowadys. Some of
those teenagers specially those young women now are being bearing with some of their
friends. The issues about “teenage pregnancy” was a very common issue in every
different kinds of country. On the current time it is really hard to accept the fact that
there was a high percent of those young women whose already have thier own child.
According on 1995 Census in the Philippines, about 1.8 million of mens and 670,000 of
young women with rhe age of 15-24 are now active in sex.
According on an experts research in this field, which was Dr. Corazon M.
Reymundo, 20% of early having a sex are experiencing on some of those youth in high
school and because of this circumstances , there is a big percent of pupolation for those
teenagers whose entering on some bad effects like “teenage pregnancy” and having a
“sexually transmitted desease”.Its because some of teenagers are now active in sex, 74%
of them are not using any kind of protections. On the other particular places like on
some of secluded places “teenage pregnancy” is not a really serious issue on such
places. It often happens to those places where there's so many teenagers whose
hanging around or some of them are alcoholic and drug users.

According to Leonard Sax, one of the writer in sexuality some of those young
woman are having drunk before doing any sexual ability, its because alcohol and drugs
can take away your shame and pain.
On this related research , according to WHO (World Health Organization) some of
young parents has a very high chance to stop on their studies for some reasons that they need
to prioritize their child. If there's a bad effects on some of them, it also has a bad effects on a
child, according to those research there's also a possibility that the young parents daughter can
be like her also when she grown up. Philippines is one of the country where teenage pregnancy
is widespreading in our country and it continues rising a high percent of this, that's why we
need to focus on this situations. Because of an early pregnancy some of other young women
can't take this situation, because they are not yet ready to rise a child at their early age of being
a mother.
B. Statement of the problem
This research tried to know the bad effects of teenage pregnancy for those Senior
High School students of Sumoroy Agro Industrial School.
In certainty this research aimed to answered the following :
1. How does teenage pregnancy affects those students?
2. What are those factor that influenced those students entering teenage prpregnancy
3. What are those plans that can be possibly done to elude those students in early
pregnancy.

C. Significance of the Study
The purpose of this research or observation is to assess the possible bad effects of
Sumoroy Agro Industrial School.
