The observation is deliberate and purposeful, and systematic. In this presentation,the colour, swelling is identified. The features are visible using naked eyes; colour andswelling can be seen from the size.2.Palpation –technique uses the sense of touch. In this case, the scrotal sac is tender intouch, and edematous can also be identified through a sense of touch.Another diagnostic testingUltrasound may be used to identify internal that may not be visible. Also, imaging can be usedfor better examination of the scrotum. Urinalysis can be carried out as a test to trace bacteria inurines.Differential diagnosisHydrocele, hernia, varicocele, injury, tumour, testicular, cyst, epididymitis, hematocele, orchitis,testicular torsion, spermatocele, testicular cancer.
