Colombia is a known developing country and it is one of the oldestdemocracies in Latin America with a diversified and growing economy. It has solid functioninginstitutions, progressive laws, an active civil society, and abundant natural resources. Columbia'smain agricultural products include coffee, tobacco, bananas, sugarcane, and multiple otherthings, and its prime industries include textiles, food processing, and oil. In this research aboutColumbia, an examination of the effects that war and peace have on foreign aid will be explainedin detail. Assess the positive and negative effects that peace and war, respectively, have on thedistribution of foreign aid in Colombia.War refers to an event that is characterized by the manifestation of a maliciousengagement. It includes unwarranted belligerence, societal disorder and increased mortalityrates. In best cases, war is a pre-planned action that is balanced by the bargains betweendifferent assemblies with the intention of shifting either the psychological hierarchy or thematerial hierarchy of supremacy or equality amongst two or more groups. On the other hand,peace denotes a situation of accordance, which is distinguishable by the nonexistence ofviolence, hostility, retribution and the freedom from the fear of conflict.
