Brown RC1 Robert C Brown Jr English 101 L02 Professor Van Epps March 6, 2007 19.  Do all men want younger wives and are all women gold diggers don’t look to television portrayals for the correct answer. As a male growing up in Newark, New Jersey, I don’t believe anybody was as big a television addict as I was. As a youth <dm television provided more than entertainment run-on it provided three lessons: <good knowledge about a man’s role in relationships, what attracts some women to men, and that life for men and women in the real world is a lot harder and has a lot less glamourous . As a child my favorite programs were, Wild Wild West, Six Million Dollar Man, and It Takes a Thief . The men portrayed in these programs were intelligent problem solvers who always got the girl. The leading men always had their pick of younger less intelligent women to convert from a life of crime.
