Nicole Rabe Isys 201 Section 5 Analysis of LISP’s Installation Approaches While evaluating the costs of all three of LISP’s installation approaches, we found there was a 17.24% increase in average cost from approach 1 to approach 2 and a 53.56% decrease in average cost from approach 1 to approach 3. LISP has made great efforts in doing its best to reduce the cost of installations. LISP is well on its way at becoming a more powerful competitor in the market. Onsite Technician Installs cost LISP an overall average of $109 per installation. Do-it- yourself (No CD) cost LISP an average of $127.79 per installation. Do-it-yourself (CD) cost LISPS an average of $50.62 per installation. Each of the overall costs came from the cost of the initial installation, Help Desk Calls, and Trouble Ticket Visits. The Tech installs had an average initial cost of $101, Do-it-yourself (No CD) had an average initial cost of $20 which is an 80% decrease in initial cost from the first approach. We can note clearly
