2Rap music, often known as Hip-hop music, originated in the late 1970s in the AfricanUnited States. Rhyming speech, rapping, sampling beats, and rhythmic beat boxing are commonfeatures of this music genre. Scratching, hip hop culture, and instrumental tracks are the maincomponents. Rap music's worldwide popularity has resulted in a number of negativeconsequences for young people because of its incorporation of explicit content and visualgraphics. As a result, this article focuses on the impact of rap music's explicit content and visualpictures on young people.A qualitative study and a non-probability survey are used to examine how young peopleperceive and respond to the influence of rap music. They're expected to respond to the substanceof rap music that deals with domestic abuse and the positive and negative effects it has onpeople's lives. An investigation of how rap violence is desensitized in young people should yielda hypothesis from its findings. This is what we expect from the survey.It has been shown that the largest number of victims of rap consumption is found amongyoung adults between the ages of 16 and 30 years old, according to recent research. The majorityof these people are in their early twenties and thirties (Woods 2012). The detrimental effects ofrap music outweigh the good ones, according to study. In spite of the negative and permissivenature of rap music, it has a good impact on the youngsters by expanding their awareness andadvancement in the music industry, as described in the conclusion of this article.Rap music's reputation as a style of music that glorifies sexual exploitation is one of thefirst negative repercussions of the genre's substance and graphic imagery. This is usuallyassociated with videos that feature heavily sexualized ladies. According to research, many
