The most talented individuals know theirvalue and expect benefits comparable to their own employer investment. Furthermore, whenworkers are happy and are adequately paid, they tend to be more efficient. In addition to theirdaily workload (recruitment, employee relationships, training etc.), many HR professionals alsomust learn new roles and competence. Employers face innumerable obstacles from staffrecruitment to administration registration. Insurance premiums, visits to hospitals and clinics,dental work, vision, and medications are continually growing, and staff are increasingly difficultto deal with them. Medical care is the most common (and often the most important) form ofbenefits that employers may provide. Life insurance is one of the most popular employers'benefits and employers have a variety of options. To the organization valuable time and moneyspending can be incurred on tasks such as collection, preparation, and performance evaluation.Human resources and finance are two different business fields of many organizations. Althoughtwo distinct operations are involved, it is necessary to have coordination within an enterprisebetween HR and finance. I think hospitals should offer medical and dental insurance plan. Aretirement plan should be offered like (401) k. I think a health and wellness plan, time offbenefits, and even scholarship or tuition reimbursement would be good recommendations.

Employee benefits can be mandated by law or voluntarily given by theemployer depending on the challenges related to the work or to the profession and the laws of thecountry in which the job takes place. From the point of view of an employee, a good set ofbenefit increases their value in working life and contributes to their own and family health(Human Resources Zone, 2021, para. 2). From the point of view of an employer, benefitpackages keep workers satisfied and dedicated and minimize the risk of leaving and looking forother places to work. In the past ten years, companies have far more offered less conventionalemployee benefits, which support the whole of their lives than their jobs such as childcare,nutritious food at the workplace and subsidized exercise facilities.
