Organizations are becoming increasingly diverse and people need to be sensitive to each others differences ii. Learning how people want to be treated and treating them that way c. Arguments against PC i. Political correctness stifles free speech and is a threat to democracy and academic freedom d. “It can be liberating to be politically incorrect” 1. Agree: 40% 2.
