Authorities are calling this a project and did not give any more reasons other then “They want to bring order and clarity to past police practices”

Well state investigators have been accused of losing or contaminating evidence and of other missteps that botched previous cases G. The cases were during a 14 year period from 1991-2005 H. Plenty of women were raped/killed and put into common graves with others during that time I. They will extract DNA samples and build a database, then the remains will be tagged and reburied in individual graves J. In conclusion, I believe that people should never be put into mass graves and should be tested repeatedly until they can officially say who the bones belong too....
