Ryan O’Hearn Chemical Principles I Lab - 1011.205.51 Chemical Reactions and Balancing Chemical Equations 12:56:26 Purpose To observe chemical reactions between two aqueous solutions and if there is a reaction, be able to represent this reaction in a balanced chemical equation. A reaction occurs when there is a formation of a precipitate, a gaseous substance, or a weak electrolyte is formed.
