The single most important job in the world is elementary school teaching. Teachers pass on knowledge and values to children, preparing them for future education and the corporate world. They are considered as the main contributors to good quality education and part of the growing process to every child. Teachers help shape the future and tomorrow’s citizens. Educating and teaching them valuable real-world skills that will benefit them onwards. It is a profession that needs to be engaged on seriously. Elementary years are the most vital part of a child’s education. This is where the values, beliefs, and habits are molded into being. Math plays an essential factor in our everyday lives and has a critical role in knowing how successful a child would be in school and beyond. Every child should learn mathematics to prepare them for high school and college and the numerous career opportunities that require math.
