Business continuity plan Continuity Planning Policy Statement: The first step is to build the right organizations for our ambitions is to realign work force. This is note for all the departments to develop a continuity planning team. A person will be picked as a representative from each department initially a organization’s planning team will be developed depending on the intellectual ideas and this representative’s form a team for the continuity planning project. The role of the representative will be organized by the planning level and the department level. There will also be a skills inventory for the entire departments to find out who can contribute the best ideas for the business continuity planning. A meeting will be held with the department heads before two weeks of the ahead meeting in a way to success the business continuity plan. The main aim for the first meeting of the enterprise continuity planning team is to elect the department head and all the department head’s or appointed departmentally. The purpose of the meeting is to express the ideas for the continuity planning project. The meeting will be held at the main hall at 6 o clock EST and the meeting holds for 4 hours. All the attendees should come with an development ideas for the business continuity planning project. The best foundation for a complete Business Continuity Program is the definition, approval, communication and integration of an organization-wide Business Continuity Policy. The following Policy components will help to insure that strong foundation: The opening Introduction or Overview statement section defines the purpose of the policy. The Policy statement section defines the goals, metrics and responsibilities required to meet policy compliance. A statement of non-compliance penalty should also be included. The Policy Leadership statement section defines the executive management officer responsible for oversight, implementation and compliance assurance of the policy. The Policy Compliance Certification statement section defines the details to meet policy compliance certification. This may be a reference to a detailed document or source. The Policy Compliance Certification support statement section defines those who can assist with meeting policy compliance requirements.
