Spending post Katrina money -turnout -black turnout was low all over the state, not just NO. -NO’s population is back at 86%. -no candidate that appealed to AA. What to look for in Jindal Administration -1. he said he’s not going to mess around with other races. Non partisan. Not getting involved with senate races and attorney general race. Lets watch for speaker of the house and president of the senate. According to the rules, the governor has nothing to do with it. The senate and house choose their own. This is not the case though. The governor has always had something to do with it. If after runoff and house is mostly republican, if the democrats elect a democrat. It is
